Schedule a visit to your primary care provider every three months: Regular check-ups help you monitor your health, prevent potential complications, and detect conditions early for timely treatment.

REMEMBER: Your ComboCard does not replace your health plan card. It will only be used to access the money fund benefit for purchases and payments according to your coverage.
Your medicines and OTC coverage
Learn what to do if you have a medication that is not on our formulary and how you can use your OTC benefit.
To ensure you have access to your medications, we offer a one-month temporary supply at the beginning of your enrollment.
To receive this temporary supply, it’s important to know that:
* If the prescription is for less than 30 days, you can receive multiple refills until you have a full month's supply. You must request the temporary supply within the first 90 days of your enrollment.
With the OTC benefit, you can save on items and medications to care for your health at home, such as pain relievers, vitamins, diapers, first aid supplies, and more.
Call us or check your Evidence of Coverage to confirm if you have the benefit. The benefit is deposited every 3 months or monthly, depending on your coverage, and does not accumulate. Be sure to use it before the period ends.
